🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jivani Digital, we provide digital-first, time-bound, and customized services.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or project booking.

1. Webinars & Live Training (₹199 / ₹499 / Other Prices)

All webinar purchases are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, we may provide session recordings (only if available).
Tickets cannot be transferred to future webinars.

2. Project-Based Services

(Shopify Websites, Videos, Meta Ads)

These services require planning, time allocation, and customized execution.

Therefore:
❌ No cancellations
❌ No partial refunds
❌ No refunds once the project has started

3. Digital Products & Courses

(E-books, PDFs, Templates, Pre-recorded Courses)

Due to the nature of digital products:
❌ All sales are final
❌ No refunds after purchase

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment
Technical payment error
Failure to deliver the purchased digital product (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.
