1. Webinars & Live Sessions (₹199 / ₹499 / Other Prices)
• All webinar purchases are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, session recordings may be provided (if available).
• Access to session links is provided via official channels (e.g., WhatsApp or Email).
• Tickets cannot be transferred to future sessions.
2. Website Services (Core Offering)

These services involve planning, time allocation, and customized execution.
Therefore:
• No cancellations once the project has been confirmed
• No partial refunds
• No refunds once the project has started
3. Digital Products
(E-books, PDFs, Templates, Pre-recorded Content)
Due to the nature of digital products:
• All sales are final
• No refunds after purchase
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following rare cases:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical payment error
• Failure to deliver the purchased product (if applicable)
